Final Exam Conflict Form
If you have been scheduled to write two exams at the same time, please submit a Final Exam Conflict form. An examination conflict exists when two exams are scheduled for the same date and time or when three exams begin and end within a 24-hour period.
Request for Deferred Exam Form
If you are ill at the time of your exam and unable to write, please submit a Request for Deferred Exam and appropriate medical documentation within 24 hours of the scheduled exam. Deferred exams may also be granted when a student is unable to write an exam due to severe personal difficulty.
